Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- High-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Area:
- We currently only ship within the Tampa Bay area.
- We plan to expand shipping to the rest of Florida in the future.
Order Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
- Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our support team within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. We will work with the carrier to find the package or send you a replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our support team within 15 days of receipt for resolution.
